Ingredients:
- 150 g coconut milk (at least 60% coconut)
- 30 g sugar
- 400 g silken tofu
- 150 g cocoa butter
- 50 g cream
- 100 g almonds
Instructions:
- Melt the cocoa butter in the coconut milk.
- Add the sugar and mix well.
- Put all the ingredients into a Vitamix and blend until smooth.
- Let it rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
